Cancellation Policy as normative CE (2003).

RENTALS

​

If you will have to cancel for any reason, you will be not refunded but we will issue a coupon of 100% of the paid amount in the name of driver, not trasferable that permits you to reschedule your trip and to not losing nothing.

​

In any case you will not be refunded but you will receive a voucher coupon to use on your next rental.

ALQUILERES

​

Si tienes que cancelar tu alquiler por cualquier causa, no tendrás derecho a ningún rembolso sino a obtener un vale por el 100% del dinero pagado a nombre del conductor, no trasferible para utilizarlo en futuro reprogramando tu alquiler.

​

En cualquier caso no se te reembolsará pero recibirás un cupón vale para utilizar en tu próximo alquiler.

NOLEGGIO

Se sei costretto a cancellare per qualunque motivo, non avrai diritto a nessun rimborso ma otterrai un voucher del 100% del prezzo pagato a nome del conducente, non trasferibile per riutilizzarlo riprogrammando il tuo viaggio e non perdere nulla.

In ogni caso non sarai rimborsato ma riceverai un buono voucher da utilizzare sul tuo prossimo noleggio.
